If you asked me the one staple that is always in my freezer, I would have to answer - fish. Fish, in my opinion, is versatile. There are so many different recipes you can create with fish. I love trying new things with many different varieties.
This recipe came to me the other day when I was preparing dinner. I wanted to have the fish to have some Asian infusion. I did not have the time to make a homemade teriyaki sauce; however, I did have Teriyaki marinade/sauce already on hand. So, I decided to doctor it up a little and this recipe was born. This is a great recipe for those nights you need a quick dinner.
