Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breasts

First, just let me say, I love Pinterest!!
I seriously could spend hours on that site.
However, some good does come from me "pinning"
and "repinning" items on Pinterest.
I have found some really good recipes.
And that includes the feature recipe for tonight.

The original recipe can be found here.
However, I tweaked it just a little bit.
Oh yes, I like to tweak recipes.
I will usually cook it exactly how it is wrote the first time.
However, if I think it needs a "little something",
I will add it the next time I make the recipe.
I will also be sure to let you know about
any special tweaks I do to any recipe.

Now on to the recipe!

Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breasts

You will need:
A baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4 or 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 and 1/2 tsp season salt
Mix all ingredients together with 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
I guess-a-mated with the pepper.
I use a pepper grinder so it is hard to measure
directly into a measuring spoon.
Coat the chicken with the cheese/yogurt mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
This chicken was very good.
Very moist and tender.
Next time though, I might coat both sides
of the chicken with the mixture.

Love to you all!
