Roasted Broccoli - Extra Daily Recipe

Let's face it, it is
sometimes hard to get kids to eat
their vegetables.  However,
when I started making this
recipe, JJ requests it ALL THE TIME!
He actually asks for me to make
extra so he can take it in his lunch the
following day!.  Makes momma smile!

There are many different takes of this recipe out there.
This is my variation on this specific recipe.
Again, you can make this to your's and
your family's preferences.

Now on to the recipe!

Roasted Broccoli

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a casserole baking dish with
a non-stick cooking spray
Next, gather 2 bunches of broccoli
Add cut into small florets
Drizzle broccoli with 3 Tbsp of
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle oil drizzled broccoli
with seasoning
This season is the roasted garlic and beer
seasoning from Cabela's.  It worked very well.
I usually use McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal
Steak Seasoning; however, I am currently out.
Don't worry, I have already put it on the grocery list - LOL!

Mix broccoli, oil and seasoning together with your hands.
Bake for 20 minutes until broccoli is crisp tender.

I hope you enjoy!

Love to you all from the
Busy Cookin' WV Momma!
