Oh, how I have missed sharing recipes with you all.
I have been very busy of late. Just to give a quick recap,
I am in the process of starting an at-home business and
I have been really focusing a lot of time on this new adventure.
So, I have not had a lot of time to blog! However, I am now BACK!!
And I am looking forward to sharing more great recipes with you all!
To get the blog rolling again, I am going to start with one of
my family's all time favorites. I found this recipe several
years ago on the Kraft website. I have made this
recipe so many times that I have it memorized.
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup BBQ sauce, any flavor
(The original recipe called for KRAFT BBQ sauce,
but I have used many different brands over the years)
1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
(The original recipe called for KRAFT 100%
2 tsp garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients just until blended.
3. Shape into 48 meatballs, each about
1inch in diameter.
(Notice I took my ring off. Trying to dig
hamburger out is just icky in my opinion - LOL)
4. Place in 15X10X1 inch baking pan.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Now, I know that many people put their meatballs in
a BBQ sauce after they are done cooking. However,
that is what I love about this recipe. The BBQ sauce is
IN the meatball! So, I serve these "as is" when I make them.
Love to you all from the
Busy Cookin' WV Momma!
