Parmesan Baked Cod

I love fish!  My family loves fish!  So, it is a big staple in our home.  What I love most about fish, besides it being good for you, is you can do a lot with it cooking wise.

I found this recipe several years ago.  It is one of JJ's favorites.  It is very simple and goes together very quickly.  Thus, it makes it perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

Now, I always tell you where I get a recipe from when I post.  It is only right and fair to give credit to the proper individual.  However, I do not remember where I found this recipe.  So, to whomever originally made this recipe, thank you from my men and me!

Parmesan Baked Cod

4 cod fillets
2/3 c mayo
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c onion (original recipe calls for green onions - have tried both ways and both are good)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1.  Place fish in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

2.  In a bowl, combine: mayo

Grated Parmesan cheese

Onions

Worcestershire sauce

3.  Mix all ingredients together.

4.  Spoon mixture over fillets.

5.  Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Doesn't that look awesome?!?  It is so easy and delicious.

I hope you enjoy!

Love to you all from the
Busy Cookin' WV Momma
