Spiced Rubbed Pork Chops

I love this recipe!!  This recipe goes together so quickly and is ready in under 20 minutes.  So, this makes for an easy weeknight meal!!

The other great thing about this recipe is it's a Weight Watchers recipe.  It is 5 points according to the old system (Points Plus system).  You can find the recipe on the Weight Watchers website.

Spiced Rubbed Pork Chops

You will need:

1 1/2 Tbsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp Unpacked brown sugar
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Pork chops

1.  Preheat broiler (high) and coat broiler pan with cooking spray.

2.  In a small mixing bowl, mix together
Chili powder

Brown sugar

Garlic powder

And Worcestershire sauce

3.  Mix, with a whisk, to form a paste.

4.  Rub paste onto both sides of the pork chops.

5.  Broil for 4 minutes on each side until no longer pink.

All I can say is Yum!  Again, very simple to make on a busy weeknight.  I had dinner on the table in under 30 minutes tonight thanks to this recipe.

I hope you enjoy!

Love to you all from the
