Lemon Italian Shrimp

Oh my! It has been crazy around here.
Between Johnny's, JJ's and my schedules, I feel
like I haven't had time to breathe lately. However, I
have vowed that I am going to try and do better.

I also wanted to say "Thank You" to all my readers.
I realize I am just a small blog; however, you
guys have stuck by me. So, thank you from the bottom of
my busy little heart!

Yesterday was mine and the hubby's 16th anniversary.
I can not believe he has put up with me for that long - LOL!
I wanted to cook him something special for dinner.
I have had this recipe "pinned" on my Pinterest for a while now.
So, I decided an anniversary dinner would be the perfect time
to try the recipe.

It was a very quick and easy recipe to go together.
Dinner was ready in under 30 minutes which would make
this a great recipe for a busy weeknight.
Plus, add in the fact I am trying to get more seafood in our
diets, this recipe is a double winner.

Lemon Italian Shrimp
You can find the recipe here.
Note - I do not know who the author is of the
original recipe. I would like to give them credit but
there is no link on Pinterest. The recipe was already listed
with the pin.

You will need:
1 stick of butter
1 lemon
1 pkg of dry Italian seasoning
1 lb shrimp

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cut up butter and lay on aluminum foil lined pan.
Let butter melt on pan while oven is heating.

3. Cut lemon in rounds and then cut rounds in half.

4. Lay lemon on melted butter.

5. Spread shrimp on top of butter and lemon.

5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over shrimp.

6. Bake for 15 minutes.

The smell of this baking is heavenly.
The taste was even better.
This will definitely become a family favorite.

Here is a specific product out of the recipe I highly recommend.
I receive no compensation for these recommendations. I just want
to share some of my favorite products.

I absolutely love Good Seasons Italian Salad
Dressing and Recipe Mix

I use this in a lot of my recipes. I think it gives
recipes really great flavor. You can check out their
website here. The site has a lot of great recipes.

Hope you enjoy!

Love to you all from the
