Weekly Menu - March 10-16, 2014

It's BACK! Due to popular demand, I am bringing back
the weekly menu feature. Plus, this holds me accountable to plan
and cook healthy and nutritious meals for my family.
Also, with baseball season getting ready to begin (first home game
is a month away - WOO HOO), I need to get back planning.
Though I love ballpark food, it does not love my bank account or
my waist line!

This week is actually not shaping up to be too busy.
Don't get me wrong, if I ever had a week to just go to work
and come home, I think I would cry. However, with a teenage
son, that isn't happening anytime soon.

Monday, March 10th

Wednesday, March 12th
Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice

Thursday, March 13th
This will be either a eat night or something very quick.
The son begins his bowling league this night and it does not
begin until 6.

Friday, March 14th
Easy Garlic Chicken

Saturday, March 15th
20 minute Skillet Salmon

Sunday, March 16th
Crockpot Sausage and Cheese Tortellini

As I was posting, I realized all my recipes are coming from Pinterest
this week. Guess I could always call this week "Pinterest Week".
If you do not have a Pinterest account, I would highly recommend
setting one up. However, let me warn you, it is highly addictive!


BAWAHAHA! I honestly think this says it all!
