Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Let me just say, the recipe name is spot on!
This tenderloin was so flavorful, it blew my mind!

I found this recipe on and it
is definitely a keeper. Plus, a four hour cooking time makes
it so easy for those busy, hectic days.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

1 (2 lb) pork tenderloin
1 (1oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c water
3/4 c red wine
3 Tbsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker

 Pour in contents of soup packet on tenderloin.

Then pour in water

Red wine

 and soy sauce of the top of tenderloin.

Turn pork to coat all sides.

Carefully spread garlic over pork, leaving as
much on top of roast during cooking as possible.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Cover and cook on low setting for 4 hours.

Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.

Again, this was very delicious!
My men really raved about it.
That makes this momma smile from ear to ear.

Also, tonight's recipe kicks off a special month.
The entire month of June will be recipes 
that are cooked either in my slow cooker or pressure cooker.
