Pork Chop Supreme in the Slow Cooker

It has been hot and very stormy/rainy here in West Virginia the past several weeks. Honestly, I think I need to build an ark. Thankfully though, it looks like some nicer weather is finally on the way. However, that is summers here in my beautiful state. Hazy, Hot and Humid is a way of life come July and August. With that in mind, I like to really utilize my slow cooker during the summer. I can serve my men a wonderful dinner without heating up the entire house.

I have been craving pork chops lately. I knew I had several recipes but I was looking for something a little different. So, after searching through several different recipes, I developed this recipe. And let me tell you, it is delicious! The pork was so moist and tender you could literally cut it with a spoon. Plus, the stuffing was creamy and infused with the pork flavor. I really think you and your family will enjoy!

Now on to the recipe!

In your slow cooker, add the stuffing.

Now, add in the chicken broth and give the stuffing a good stir.

Place your pork chops onto of the stuffing mixture.

Salt and pepper, to taste, the pork chops.

Now, place your mushrooms on top of the pork chops.

Pour the soup over top all the ingredients.

Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Serve the pork with the stuffing and your favorite vegetable.

My men and I loved this recipe. I could not believe how moist and tender the pork chops were after cooking. The flavors also were so wonderful. I enjoy a lot of recipes; however, this one is a definite keeper and will be made quite frequently.

Just a little side note before I sign off. A very BIG thank you to The Busy Cooking Hubby. He took all the pictures for this post and put the meal in the slow cooker for me. I am blessed to have a wonderful hubby that is always willing to help. Thank you honey!!

I hope you enjoy!!

Love to you all from The Busy Cooking Momma!!
